Recruitment Manager, Commercial

In this role you will be fully responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition strategy for business recruitment function in North America and leading a team of recruiters across the region. As part of the Global Recruitment Leadership Team, you will also drive the overall global Recruiting strategy.

What you’ll do

• Fully responsible for North America Business hiring as the Recruitment Team Lead;
• Create and execute the recruitment strategy aligned with business needs;
• Build the local Recruitment team; hire, mentor and retain collaborating Recruiters;
• Build and maintain strong, open and trusted relationships with global leaders;
• Ensure hiring quality aligned with Adyen's values and company culture;
• Lead global and local projects on DEI, rewards, employer branding, and candidate experience to constantly improve the Recruitment function.

Who you are

• Minimum of 10 years within Recruitment, 5+ years of leading teams;
• Extensive full cycle recruitment experience with a focus on passive candidate generation in the competitive tech market;
• Proven track record of building and mentoring teams;
• High level of self-motivation; you’re someone who is able to define structure and prioritize;
• High personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Experience in Business hiring (e.g. Legal, Professional Services, Support, etc.)

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this role is $210,000 – 226,000; to learn more about our compensation philosophy, please click here.This role is based out of our San Francisco office. We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
