This creates complexity but also an incredible learning opportunity for our EMEA regulatory team which navigates different regulatory regimes, products and geographies every single day.
  • Exposure to different supervisory regimes: Adyen has centralised its regulatory function for the EMEA region, this means that members of the team are exposed to regulatory interactions and engagements with a wide range of supervisors across the region.
  • Growth opportunities: career growth at Adyen is not a ladder, but a runway, where every individual is encouraged to step outside their comfort zone, owning work that matters and being challenged on how you think everything should work. Growth is not just in titles, but in scope, responsibility and impact.

Impactful and strategic work: the role of the licensing team is fundamental in enabling Adyen's international reach and its ability to offer a diverse range of services, working on needle-moving projects to enable Adyen’s long-term success in the fintech space.
