You will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design and implementation of complex frontend systems using modern frameworks like React. Lead the frontend engineering team in building innovative consumer-facing web/mobile applications
\nDesign scalable and high-performance frontend architectures using React.js
\nEstablish best practices for frontend code quality, security, testing and performance
\nDrive continuous improvement of frontend code, systems and processes
\nMentor and coach frontend engineers on technical design and best practices
\nCollaborate cross-functionally with product, design and backend engineering teams
\nCommunicate technical design tradeoffs and solutions to business partners
\nParticipate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment
\nArchitect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimised for speed and scale
\nUnderstand company strategy, roadmap and the annual business plan and apply these to your work to ensure aligned outcomes

5+ years of experience in frontend development with deep expertise in React.js
\nExperience building complex frontend systems and workflows
\nStrong systems design thinking and technical leadership skills
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\nComfortable with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and frontend performance
\nPassion for mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
\nBS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field
\nSenior UI/UX knowledge and experience
\nAgricultural/supply chain industry experience highly desirable
\nTeam management experience a plus
\nYou have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
\nStrong planner with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
\nTeam player, willing to work collaboratively in a high-energy, fast-moving, start-up environment
