Responsibility:

1. 协作搭建渠道项目的运营体系，善于发现运营中的问题，并制定解决方案，落地执行；

2. 协助渠道经理完成渠道项目的日常管理，保障渠道项目日常运营，推动达成业绩目标；

3. 协助渠道经理协调资源，推进转化，推动执行复盘机制，通过数据分析提炼对业务的改进建议、业务预警及预测，输出分析报告；

4. 参与渠道营销活动方案的制定，协助举办各类渠道生态营销活动；及推动各种渠道数字化工具的应用；

5. 参与/ 制定相关渠道运营项目，结合业务特点，持续进行运营策略优化及流程体系优化迭代，横向拉通各部门的资源，协同完成项目的落地，并有效执行；

Requirement:

1、 统招全日制本科或以上学历，3年以上工作经验，其中包含1年以上金融科技/ 跨境电商平台相关领域的招商/商家运营/服务商运营/项目管理的经验

2、 良好的英文读写能力，熟练使用Excel, PPT, Word办公软件。熟悉SQL、Salesforce等数据分析、客户管理工具加分

3、 具有较强的沟通能力、项目统筹能力和跨团队协作能力

4、工作认真负责，有自驱力，学习能力强，逻辑思维清晰，对数据敏感

5、 工作地点：上海/深圳
