1. 根据公司战略及业务发展目标制定客户维护、续约和额外销售计划， 可以有效分解执行细节，并在约定时间执行达到预期的结果，配合公司整体的业务发展规划；

2. 深入了解进出口电商、Digital（数字媒体、游戏、在线教育）、B2B 外贸、国际物流行业企业在跨境收支、汇兑与外汇风险管理等领域的痛点，在准确搜集行业产品需求后，与公司内部产品团队进行有效沟通，完善行业综合解决方案，提升客户体验增强客户粘性；

3. 承接由商务拓展、直销等销售团队获取的行业客户，帮助客户持续稳定交易，并发掘客户需求，拓展服务种类，为客户创造长期价值，并提升空中云汇平台上的支付交易量和营收；

4. 保持对行业相关领域内各类信息的敏感和追踪，及时反馈并建议，推动业务可持续发展。

我们欢迎

1. 优秀的学历背景，具备基础英文听说读写能力；

2. 三年以上相关工作经验，银行/跨境支付/外汇/跨境电商背景优先；

3. 数据分析能力强，能够基于数据分析客户行为，为客户解决问题，建立长期合作关系；

4. 优秀的策划能力和客户沟通能力，极强的自我驱动力和结果导向；

5. 优秀的学习能力和沟通能力，思维敏捷、有良好的应变能力和承压能力；
