About the team

As a global team, we span across Australia, China, USA, and Singapore, revolutionizing applied data science, data engineering and platform solutions to support Airwallex's rapid growth. You will collaborate with a diverse range of cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and more, to tackle complex data problems and shape the future of fintech.

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and quantify opportunities to drive product adoption, and translate insights into roadmap priorities

• Design and implement experiments to measure the impact of growth initiatives (acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation)

• Objectively measure the performance of growth programs and generate actionable insights

• Build scalable measurement frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making across teams

• Build predictive models to identify high-value users for the Growth team to prioritize

• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to shape and execute Growth strategy

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of industry experience and a degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, Economics)

• 2+ years of experience in Growth Analytics or a similar role

• Proven ability to communicate analyses and influence senior stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods and A/B testing to drive decisions

• Strong skills in SQL and Python/R. Experience with data modeling a plus

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in technology, financial services and/or a high growth environment is advantageous
