We’re looking for a commercially minded Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to help drive acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle marketing performance across Banjo’s digital channels. Based in Melbourne in a hybrid working model, this role is ideal for someone who combines strong digital execution with data-led decision making and enjoys turning insights into measurable growth. It's a hybrid work environment and you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to optimise campaigns, improve attribution, enhance website performance, and lift marketing automation capability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and optimise digital acquisition activity across paid, organic, and social channels to improve lead generation and campaign performance.
- Own website optimisation initiatives, including conversion rate optimisation, user experience improvements, and testing opportunities.
- Build, refine, and scale lifecycle marketing programs and automated journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Manage performance reporting, dashboards, and insights using GA4 and other marketing platforms to support better decision making.
- Improve attribution visibility and marketing technology utilisation across systems including Salesforce and MCAE/Pardot.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to prioritise initiatives, deliver campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on capability across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, website optimisation, and campaign analytics.
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and MCAE/Pardot, or comparable systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations and business outcomes.
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, external partners, and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, commercially focused approach to problem solving and optimisation.
