The Graduate Credit Analyst will be working with Stakeholders across the business to ensure best in class customer, staff and vendor experiences in every interaction throughout the credit lifecycle (Originations, customer management, collection's)
You will be support:Identifying, Defining, Testing, Rolling out, and Monitoring Changes to Credit Policy and processes within the Credit Operations teams.
What You'll Do
- Support Brighte (and in particular the Credit operations team) through regular change.
- Encourage, Empower and Effectively deliver process and product changes across Brighte, with a primary focus on the operations team.
- Identify and deliver on opportunities which enable Brighte to increase it’s operating leverage, through automation and streamlining of processes.
- Support the Head of Credit and Portfolio Risk in providing data and insight to key stakeholders on the performance of the credit portfolio.
Who You Are
- Graduate with a Science or Engineering degree.
- Some knowledge of how financial products work (previous experience of working in a credit would be great)
- A desire to Identify, Document and Improve business processes
- A Data Driven, Process Automation mindset
- Strong ATAR
- An ability to learn quickly
- Proactive behaviours
- Strong communication skills
- Sydney based
