  • You're comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work, whether that's to draft, research, analyse, automate, or problem-solve faster. We're a Claude (Anthropic) shop primarily, but we welcome experience with other platforms such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini, Meta AI. We're an AI-first business, and we expect our people to be too.
  • You have a sound understanding of procurement processes, tender management, and government stakeholder dynamics
  • You bring demonstrable partnerships experience; interfacing 1-1 with corporates, government and/or industry partners, particularly in the context of co-delivering a commercial project.
  • You have experience managing a portfolio of accounts or programs simultaneously - this is essential to your success
  • A bring a bias for action, being a positive impact and a force for good. Lead by example in everything you do.

Our Hiring Process - what to expect?
At Brighte, we use AI every day, and we hire people who do too. That's why all roles include an assessment which is designed to see how you put AI to work. There's no right tool (we use Claude, but you can use whatever you're most comfortable with), and there's no trick to it - we want to see how you think. We will talk about this in more detail if you are invited to a phone screen with our Talent team.

Towards the end of our hiring process, we require all candidates to undertake references and background checks, which include a police check, anti-money laundering and bankruptcy checks.
