As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of your product domains - driving strategy, execution, and delivery from start to finish. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to bring innovative, user-centric crypto experiences to life.

What You’ll Do (but not limited to):

Contribute to the development of our new trading platform and mobile app.
Operate in an Agile environment, working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for your product areas, from ideation and discovery to planning and delivery.
Help drive product strategy and own the roadmap for your product areas.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the end-to-end product delivery framework.
Work closely with the Head of Product and other Senior Product Managers to shape our product vision.
Champion the voice of the customer and deliver seamless, intuitive crypto experiences.
Develop, implement, and analyse key product metrics and data to measure product success and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

5+ years of experience in product management (4+ years considered for strong candidates).
Experience working in crypto, ideally with exchanges or Web3 platforms.
Background in banking, fintech, financial services or financial products is highly regarded.
Have an interest and understanding in AI or emerging technologies that help improve product development and product experiences.
Experience in start-up or scale-up environments highly regarded.
Proven ability to drive product strategy and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working within delivery teams.
Must be comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
Be data driven in your approach to decision-making and planning.
Based in Melbourne and able to come into the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
