If you’re energized by working with enterprise clients, excited about AI and fintech innovation, and thrive in fast-moving environments, we’d love to hear from you — even if your experience doesn’t match every bullet.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of large banking clients, acting as their strategic partner and trusted advisor

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across your accounts to unlock long-term value

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes, ensuring our clients realize the full value of their investment in Codat

  • Identify, structure, and close commercial opportunities, including renewals and expansions, aligned to client goals and Codat’s revenue targets

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface and champion client feedback, helping shape our roadmap

  • Act as the voice of the client internally while managing day-to-day needs, escalations, and support loops effectively

  • Deliver data-backed insights and value tracking that reinforce Codat’s impact at the executive level

  • Deeply client-focused, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and trust — especially with senior stakeholders at financial institutions

  • Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts within large, matrixed organizations

  • A strategic thinker and skilled communicator who can navigate both technical and commercial conversations

  • A self-starter with a “get-it-done” mentality — you thrive in ambiguity and move quickly

  • Highly commercially minded, with experience optimizing complex contracts and identifying revenue opportunities

  • Motivated by delivering measurable client value, and ensuring clients know exactly what they’re getting out of Codat

  • A team player who champions collaboration between clients and internal functions

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech, with a focus on large financial institutions

  • Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders and navigating large organizations through multi-threaded relationships

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business value to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and solutions teams

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple clients

  • A passion for AI, fintech, and helping large enterprises unlock new technology
