Business Development Manager Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek a Business Development Manager to be based in France, helping drive continued growth across the region. You will be responsible for developing and managing business development and sales activities, working closely with EPAM’s clients across the region.
You will understand the nuances associated with the latest platforms, architectures and digital technologies along with how they align with EPAMs capabilities to deliver strategic solutions to our clients. You will focus on driving cross platform sales from prospecting through bid closing; developing new relationships and driving continued growth of EPAM’s solutions.
Responsibilities
- Successfully sell Digital Transformation and technology delivery solutions using a consultative approach for Sales Revenue Targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing a business development plan and strategy
- Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities within the client portfolio
- Record client interactions promptly and clearly in CRM
- Develop deep knowledge of EPAM’s solutions and go-to-market strategies
- Oversee preparation of business value propositions and responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs
- Collaborate with EPAM partners to effectively position services and drive opportunities
- Demonstrate teamwork, self-motivation, and strong organizational and communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict timelines, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience selling bespoke digital technology solutions and a track record of selling end-to-end services
- French language skills and knowledge of the local market are required for this role
- Demonstrable track record of identifying and closing new business
- Experience working with 3rd party partners to build shared propositions and leveraging co-selling opportunities to enhance pipeline development
- A leader with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
- Extensive experience and comfort operating in a highly entrepreneurial environment, coupled with in-depth knowledge of delivering bespoke engineering solutions.Good awareness of global digital trends and technologies
- Amazing client management, business communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong intellectual curiosity and an ability to synthesize large amounts of technical information and to quickly become externally credible in a new, complex subject area
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
