Responsibilities
- Work with the business to understand current processes while looking for opportunities to leverage technology solutions, increase automation, and drive scale
- Deliver high-quality technology solutions to support global Sales and CRM teams
- Influence and drive complex conversations with Executives and Senior Leadership
- Serve as technology thought leader, identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes to gain efficiency and scalability
- Develop and manage product backlogs and sprint capacity plans
- Communicate with software engineers to clarify requirements and confirm solutions, ensuring delivery of high-quality software releases
- Provide support after releases by identifying any issues and appropriate resolutions
- Participate in road mapping and sprint planning to define priorities within the team
- Perform as the technology product owner in the agile software development process and participate in the continuous improvement of the teams you work with
- Support the business with both test planning and the execution of User Acceptance testing (UAT)
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization as well as external vendors to deliver solutions
Requirements
- Proven history working within Business Analytics or Product Management (6+ Years)
- Expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365 Marketing, Customer Insights, and Customer Journeys
- Comfortable with gathering requirements, developing user stories, and use case analysis
- Experience with vendor assessment and determining optimal solutions (buy vs. build)
- Ability to conduct project prioritization and cost/benefit analysis
- History building relationships and facilitating complex concept communications
- Demonstrated ability to address large-scale business challenges and crafting effective collaborative solutions
- Familiar with Agile environments and skilled in developing epics, stories, and backlog management
- Enjoys problem-solving, solution delivery, and analytics
- Knowledge of GDPR and other compliance-related guidelines when dealing with outbound marketing datasets
- History working in a software engineering role
- Exposure to the Financial Services industry & an understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts
- Interaction with database querying techniques (SQL), CRM Platforms, data marts & data visualization tools
- Experience working with large data sets, processes, and structures for reporting and analytics
- Nice to have: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP certification
