Lead Web / Mobile Application Support Engineer Description

What You’ll Do
- Run Kubernetes components
- Manage application and system monitoring, troubleshooting and fixing issues and bugs
- Oversee mobile client application troubleshooting for both iOS and Android systems
- Engage with customers via calls or chat to resolve their problems online
- Showcase comprehensive hands-on expertise in micro-services and architectural patterns
- Work proficiently with App Insights and Log Analytics
- Develop new and modify existing queries and alerts in Azure Monitor
- Write SQL queries and set up, monitor alert notifications
- Document RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Automate maintenance operations using scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, Kusto Query Language
What You Have
- Significant practical experience in technologies such as AKS, Application Gateway, Kubernetes and Azure SQL Server
- Proficiency in App Insights and Log Analytics
- Experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem and Change Management)
- Excellent professional writing skills for maintaining technical documentation
Nice to have
- Background in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Kusto Query Language
- Skills in Dynatrace and ServiceNow
