Currently, we are looking for a SAP Consultant for a German CRM project with support and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going SAP functional and technical support, incident troubleshooting and resolution
• Maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care
• Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer’s needs, gather and document requirements
• Customize and upgrade the existing solution following the business requirements (Change requests)
• Perform integration and regression testing of new processed and developments

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP (any of modules)/CRM
• Desire to learn
• Proactivity
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B1+)
