Responsibilities

Ensure alignment of marketing cloud design with the intended marketing business functions and capabilities
Contribute to the successful design and delivery of Salesforce implementations for clients in the US geography
Assist clients in optimizing marketing automation using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Specify, design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise solutions utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Requirements

Extensive experience in Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales, and Service Cloud
Familiarity with relational databases and a strong knowledge of the SQL language
Proficiency in API programming for the Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
Previous experience in customer-facing roles
Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases
Familiarity with AWS and other non-Marketing Cloud data storage platforms
Strong communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
