We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join our team and contribute to its growth and success.

Our customer is a leading force in the petroleum industry sector in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean. The customer has created an internal development framework utilizing Microsoft technologies (.NET and Azure).

This position involves working from our office in Marousi, Athens.

Responsibilities

• Augment the existing team with additional capacity and support acceleration of current application development
• Coding in selected technologies as per customer established practices
• Challenges, issues & problems to solve: Currently this is mostly capacity limitations of customer's team. Customer maintains a complex environment with multiple integration points between a series of software packages, systems and solutions requiring close understanding of existing landscape. In near future would also need to further enhance the coding practices by enhancing process of documentation, testing and release management

Requirements

• 3+ years of .NET experience
• Good understanding of SLDC approach
• Technical Skills: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Agile frameworks, microservices
• Mature experience with CI/CD (preferable Azure)
• Experience with JavaScript
• Important to be able to work from customer's site for the 1st month of employment, then in hybrid mode
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
• Upper-intermediate (or higher) Greek level, both spoken and written (B2+)
