Are you a talented Data Scientist who'd like to become a pivotal member of our Advanced Analytics and Data Science team?

You will be immersed in the projects focusing on customer-centric analytics, marketing technology integration, real-time decision-making, granular user engagement analysis and advanced data science & machine learning models. Your role will encompass everything from Customer 360 Analysis to developing state-of-the-art machine learning models for complex business challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business units to identify data-driven solutions
• Lead or contribute to data science projects, showcasing your skills in R or Python and SQL
• Contribute to the establishment of data science best practices
• Share your expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions within the team and across the organization
• Customer 360 Analysis (provide a holistic view of customer's interactions, preferences, and behavior)
• Integrate Marketing Technology (enhance marketing strategies through technology integration):
  • Optimize real-time decision-making for personalized user experiences
  • Work with Advanced Data Science and Machine Learning Models

What You Have

• Strong theoretical knowledge of statistical models and analytical techniques
• Proficient in Python, R and PySpark
• Experience with AWS Sagemaker, GitHub
• Experience in data processing with SQL
• Extensive experience working with NBOs/NBAs is highly appreciated
• English language at B2 or higher
• Lithuanian language – native

Nice to have

• Experience in managing data science projects with a deep understanding of the end-to-end workflow
• Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Background in the Telco domain
