What You’ll Do

• Lead a highly competent Data Engineering team with the potential to scale
• Act as a role model, working hand in hand with the team to plan, prioritize and deliver Data Engineering solutions
• Ensure your team is using the best engineering practices in their daily work
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes growth and success
• Utilize your personal expertise and EPAM extensive global experience in data integration to streamline processes
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, including both team members and company leaders

What You Have

• Confident background in delivering BI Engineering, Data Integration, Data Analysis, Reporting and Visualization solutions
• Understanding of the technical specifics of DWH, BI, ETL/ELT and readiness to engage in related projects
• Experience with Amazon Redshift and familiarity with potential Cloud alternatives worth considering
• Proven track record of leading teams or units with a strong sense of pride in their achievements
• Knowledge of Agile Application Lifecycle Management values, specifically SAFe patterns
• Outstanding communication skills with fluency in both English and Lithuanian languages

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, SAP BO and SAP BO Reporting
• Basic understanding of SAS Analytics
