Join our team as an IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant and collaborate with a global leader in advanced technology systems for semiconductors. Your role will involve enhancing our governance perspective, ensuring a stable ServiceNow platform that aligns seamlessly with evolving business and IT needs.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the business and IT stakeholders to understand the business needs
• Ability to analyze current state and provide vision for innovations
• Design ESM framework
• Collaborate with the architect and development team

What You Have

• Understanding of development processes and frameworks
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
• Familiarity with UML, IDEF0, BPMN
• Expertise (ideally certification) in ITSM/ITIL practices and adjacent areas plus ServiceNow modules (ITBM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, etc.)
• Skills in effective negotiation
• English level – C1
