We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager with a background in Python to work on cutting-edge AI and data projects. In this role, you will lead a talented team and drive the development and delivery of innovative AI and data solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of Python developers specializing in AI or Data Analytics
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI or data projects, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model development, deployment, and ongoing optimization
• Cooperate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Define project timelines, allocate resources, and manage the overall project portfolio to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of AI and data solutions
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards and regulatory requirements in all AI and data solutions
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development opportunities for team members

What You Have

• Proven experience as a manager with a strong background in Python
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts and methodologies
• Proficiency in relevant frameworks/libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with data processing technologies (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical considerations in AI and data projects
• Experience in agile development methodologies and project management tools
