What You’ll Do

Engage with clients to extract and clarify business requirements, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
Develop and present strategic digital solutions, aligning with the client's business goals and digital transformation agenda
Define and articulate project roadmaps, setting clear milestones and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project progress, resolve issues, and foster innovation
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain a cutting-edge approach
Collaborate with international and local teams, leveraging global insights to enhance local strategies and implementations

What You Have

Proven international experience, with the ability to operate and consult across diverse cultural environments
Strong background in business analysis, digital strategy, and project management within a consulting environment
Demonstrated ability to extract, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable digital strategies
Experience in defining and managing project roadmaps, with a track record of successful delivery and client satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, including strong bilingual ability (English and native level Japanese)
