We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Python Developer to join our remote team for a challenging project that involves the development of high-quality software and solving complex engineering problems in close cooperation with our customer's teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing, as well as communicating with the customer and handling their requests on time. Join our team and work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy high-quality software solutions, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions
• Create and maintain testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing, ensuring high-quality and reliable software delivery
• Communicate with customers and handle their requests on time, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement
• Mentor and lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of software solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Python in a production environment
• At least 1 year of experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating excellent leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of Go language and GraphQL
• Experience with PostgreSQL for data storage and retrieval
• Ability to work directly with customers without supervision, managing their requests and expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level

Nice to have

• Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for data storage and processing
