What You’ll Do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale software solutions on the Outsystems platform
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on design, coding, debugging, testing, and maintenance
Manage and supervise the work of junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with software architects to translate architectural designs and business requirements into effective, high-performance applications
Handle complex programming tasks, provide code reviews, and guideline enforcement
Contribute to the creation of a robust and scalable product architecture
Oversee and participate in regular problem-solving activities for complex development issues
Maintain proficient knowledge of the Outsystems platform, staying updated on the latest features, improvements and industry best practices
Responsible for writing technical documentation and ensuring this is maintained and up-to-date
Work closely with project managers and other members of the development team to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables

What You Have

Several years’ experience as an Outsystems developer with a strong background in software development
Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and developing a team of developers
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner
Proven ability to meet project deadlines, deliver high-quality work, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Strong programming skills in JavaScript, C#, SQL, or similar
Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET
Strong knowledge in database design, development, and SQL
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Ability to configure, develop, and deploy systems on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps principles
Understanding of API and microservices-based architectures, and their implementation in Outsystems

Nice to have

Outsystems advanced developer or expert developer certification is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
