We are seeking a remote Senior SAP VIM Consultant to lead the day-to-day management of OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solution for a new project. As the Senior Consultant, you will integrate the new systems into the corporate application landscape and ensure proper data provisioning by best practices and standards. You will be responsible for evaluating the compliance of software with our business requirements and identifying improvement opportunities.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide the day-to-day management of OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solution
• Coordinate software implementations, updates, and upgrades with internal stakeholders
• Ensure smooth system operations with a user-oriented mindset in a cross-functional product team while being in charge of 2nd level support requests, following the defined incident management processes
• Evaluate the compliance of software with our business requirements and identify improvement opportunities
• Integrate new systems into the corporate application landscape and ensure proper data provisioning in accordance with best practices and standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with OpenText VIM Solution version 21.2 or above
• Experience working with Intelligent Capture for SAP version 21.2 or above
• Hands-on experience of the integration areas of the SAP modules FI and MM with OpenText VIM
• Several years of experience in IT Consultancy or Application Management and Integration as responsible for enterprise solutions and have a very good general IT understanding
• Great sense of ownership, communication, and project management capabilities, being able to lead discussions with business users and externals
• Team player (easy and respectful communications, shares responsibilities for the team overall success)
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge working with SAP S/4HANA and other common solutions in financial areas (e.g. Coupa, SAP Concur, DATEV, SAP Fieldglass)
• Practical knowledge of the other solutions of OpenText ecosystem such as Document Pipeline, Extended ECM)
• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages and platforms: ABAP or ABAP OO, Python, PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with test automation processes
