Responsibilities

• Develop mobile solutions and architecture roadmaps that complement business and technical needs
• Study and evaluate next-gen technologies in mobile development
• Stay on top of industry developments and best practices, recommending suitable tech for seamless project execution
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders on project scope, responsibilities, and timelines
• Foster a collaborative environment for innovative mobile solution delivery
• Create models to validate designs, adapt them based on feedback and testing results
• Conduct code reviews to maintain architectural norms and best practices
• Ensure quality in each stage of the development cycle to identify inconsistencies early
• Enhance mobile applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Identify performance bottlenecks and devise solutions to enhance efficiency
• Implement security practices to protect mobile applications from threats and vulnerabilities
• Ensure adherence to industry norms and regulatory requirements related to mobile application security

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Android Solution Architect or similar role
• Mastery in Android development
• Fluency in mobile development languages and technologies: Java and Kotlin
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture models, including MVVM, MVP, MVC, and microservices architecture
• Practical knowledge of mobile development tools, IDEs, version control systems such as Android Studio, Git
• Comprehensive understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud technologies
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in mobile applications
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams
