Do you have a sofware engineering background and strong knowledge in UIPath? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills? If it sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Senior RPA (UIPath) Engineer.

Our teams work in highly agile working environments for Fortune 1000 clients, following XP practices and best CI/CD practices. We are looking for a Senior RPA Engineer with open-minded personality, who can join our friendly environment and become a core contributor to our team of experts.

What You’ll Do

• DevOps model in the team (we build it - we own it - we support it) - T-shaped roles in the team
• Designing (architecture), developing, testing and maintaining RPA automations using UiPath (including PROD support)
• Collaborating with business representatives to collect, refine and analyze requirements
• Preparing technical documentation and user manuals
• UAT support for business stakeholders
• Training end-users on the new automations implemented

What You Have

• Experience in process automation, including RPA (UiPath), preferably UiPath and Intelligent Automation solutions delivery
• Proficient in UIPath
• Certifications required:
  • UiPath RPA Developer
  • UiPath Infrastructure Training
• Strong .NET knowledge
• Experience in expanding out of the box functionality for UiPath based on .NET
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player
• Fluent in English at B2 level and higher

Nice to have

• Other UiPath related certifications will be an advantage
• Experience in other Intelligent Automation tools will be a benefit
