We are searching for an astute OutSystems Architect with an innovative approach and mindset.

As Architect, it is vital that you can effectively communicate and elaborate on client expectations and be able to take ownership of the entire scope of delivery whilst managing the backlog. You will be pivotal in maintaining close interfaces with our clients, ensuring the committed work deliverables are on track and within the defined scope.

It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop high-quality applications on the OutSystems platform
Craft the overarching architectural strategy and lead implementation of complex software solutions
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
Keep abreast of the latest developments and features on the OutSystems platform
Create clear and concise technical documentation for software applications
Lead code reviews and establish protocols to secure high-quality code delivery
Ensure the security, scalability and performance of applications developed
Mentor and guide junior developers and team members regarding best practices in OutSystems development

What You Have

Bachelor master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Expert knowledge of the Outsystems platform (OutSystems Software Architect certification is a plus)
Understanding of architectural styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding a team of developers
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, and SQL
Strong understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET
Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Expertize in software security practices including user authentication and authorization, data validation and an understanding of common DDoS and SQL injection attacks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
