Our customer is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee an application rationalization and modernization assessment project.
Currently, the company has a large portfolio of applications hosted on-premises or on the Azure cloud, with a complex tech debt and overlapping functionality. The goal of this project is to identify applications that can be migrated to Google Cloud services for cost optimization and risk reduction. Looking for immediate to 30 days joiners’ candidates.

Responsibilities

• Leading the application rationalization and modernization assessment project
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the current state of the applications and define the migration/modernization programs
• Cloud delivery management and stakeholder relationship coordination

Requirements

• 17 – 20 years of overall experience in IT
• Proven experience in delivery management, specifically in the cloud domain
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and continuous delivery practices
• Experience in delivery management within a product management setting
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services
• Familiarity with migration approaches and tools, such as Azure Migration
• Experience in application modernization
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
• Ability to work from the office on a regular schedule
• Need to walk the talk at the client facility and be responsible for the growth of the account

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Application Migration Service
• Certifications in Project Management, such as PMP or Prince2
