We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with exceptional communication abilities and a knack for independent work. The ideal candidate will excel in comprehending and executing from wireframes while possessing adept negotiation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Join our dynamic team in implementing the Annual Client Review process for our client, utilizing Salesforce Omnistudio and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. We seek a candidate adept in Salesforce OmniStudio components, with a knack for problem-solving and a preference for autonomy. Prior experience in developing Salesforce solutions, especially in OmniStudio, and a history of effective stakeholder management are preferred.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio, translating business requirements into technical outputs effectively
Translate wireframes into functional system features
Maintain consistent and clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met satisfactorily
Collaborate within a distributed team consisting of client personnel and other vendors
Independently manage assigned projects, adapting to changing priorities and proactively resolving potential issues in a timely manner
Adhere to Salesforce best practices and company standards, while staying updated with new technologies in Salesforce OmniStudio platforms

What You Have

Strong understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio components
Excellent problem-solving skills

Prior experience in developing Salesforce solutions, particularly using OmniStudio
Proven track record in stakeholder management
