We are in search of an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a significant CRM implementation project for a major telecommunications provider in the Nordic countries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in customizing and upgrading the existing CRM solution to meet business requirements.

We are looking for an SAP CRM Functional Consultant who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and can act as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, gathering and documenting requirements, customizing the CRM solution, debugging, testing, and supporting data exchange between S/4 and CRM systems. If you have experience in SAP CRM, proficiency in billing, sales and services business processes, and knowledge of S/4 and FICA, we encourage you to apply. Expertise in SAP CRM BRIM (Hybris Billing) is a significant plus.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer needs
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
• Customize and upgrade the existing CRM solution to align with business requirements, including handling change requests
• Debug and test the CRM system to ensure its functionality and reliability
• Provide support for data exchange between S/4 and CRM systems, as well as legacy systems

What You Have

• Experience in SAP CRM, including proficiency in the cloud version
• Strong knowledge and experience in billing, sales, and services business processes
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 and FICA
• Expertise in SAP CRM BRIM (Hybris Billing) is a significant advantage
