Become a part of our fast-growing healthcare information technology project as a Lead Software Test Engineer.
In this crucial role, you will be reporting to the Manager of Clinical Effectiveness Software Test Engineering and help us transition to a state-of-the-art suite of business systems throughout our entire Clinical Effectiveness division. This role is ideal for those passionate about meticulous testing with an interest in transforming the business systems of a leading healthcare information technology company.

Responsibilities

• Continuous collaboration with the onsite QA lead for task and status synchronization
• Creation and implementation of test plans and cases for various systems and integrations, based on requirement and design feedback
• Communication with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify business rules and refine acceptance criteria
• Enhancement of QA productivity through automation, tools, processes, and best practices to foster a quality-focused culture
• Regular project status reporting to the QA manager
• Execution of functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and performance testing
• Troubleshooting, analysis, and isolation of defects and JIRA documentation
• Defect log management and issue resolution tracking with system analysts and developers
• Collaboration with architecture/development teams to define release testing requirements
• Active participation in all sprint events including daily scrums, planning, requirement gathering, etc
• Review of project documents from a QA testing perspective
• Coordination and communication with other QA team members
• System support provision and training when needed
• Execution of other key duties and responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of Enterprise Business Systems testing experience
• Minimum 5 years of complex transformation project experience
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Deep understanding of the NetSuite platform
• Desirable QA Automation experience (RedwoodHQ experience is a plus)
• Experience in writing test scripts in Java, JavaScript, or C#
• Experience in authoring database queries and conducting database-level testing
• Familiarity with testing Order-to-Cash Applications
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform testing
• Experience in System Integration Testing across platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite)
• B2+ proficiency level in English
