EPAM’s Data Marketing team’s mission is to build awareness and preference in EPAM’s Data and AI services, lead localized go-to-market for our suite of offerings, and work with our data alliance partners to create and execute campaigns to drive business growth.

Data marketing is a highly cross-functional role at EPAM, working closely with account managers, marketing and business leaders, sales, alliances, and communications to name a few. We are looking for a creative, analytical, and collaborative marketer to join our fast-growing team, someone who has equal parts art and science, i.e.: marketing creativity and business know-how.

Responsibilities

• Scope strategy and execute localized programs and campaigns for EPAM’s data offerings and services
• Manage and plan all marketing activities related to data technologies, including events, case studies, website, social communication, email campaigns, video, and other assets in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Serve as marketing liaison to EPAM’s data alliance team
• Execute and measure successful business development-focused marketing initiatives to drive pipeline, demand, and revenue
• Be a proactive “ideas” generator with the ambition to drive better messaging, marketing planning, and business development through various marketing activities
• Manage budgets and reporting along with KPIs and program outcomes

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (minimum)
• 5+ years of experience working in a systems integration, technology services, or tech start-up company
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic and matrixed environment where you learn on the go
• Agile and growth mindset, eager to learn and develop
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Excellent content writing skills
• Project management experience
• Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills
• Motivation to work independently and meet assigned deadlines
• Can-do, proactive and collaborative attitude toward assignments
