EPAM is looking for a Senior Payroll Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with our global shared service Payroll team, managing payroll payments, month-closure and other accounting tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Manage payroll processes for EPAM subsidiaries, including communication with HR and external agencies, SOX control file preparation and US GAAP bookkeeping
• Conduct analysis and reconciliation of payroll data across internal systems
• Investigate complex payroll cases
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
• Handle audit requests and participate in meetings with external and internal auditors
• Oversee local audits related to payroll
• Engage in regular improvement process activities and test new enhancements
• Generate ad-hoc reports as needed

What You Have

• Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Payroll Accountant, Senior Payroll Specialist or Auditor
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Ability to manage information from various sources
• B1+ English, both verbal and written
