We are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote multi-cloud team that predominantly uses GCP and also AWS. Your main responsibilities will include provisioning access permissions, FWs, APIs, Quota, and processing various other requests.

In this role, you will be crucial in supporting cutover/migration proceedings, providing on-call assistance during application migration cutovers, participating in cutover bridge, resolving connections/permissions problems, and initiating and enforcing solutions. Regular participation in war room calls and contribution to troubleshooting activities will also be part of your duties.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage access permissions, FWs, APIs, Quota, and other requests for a multi-cloud setup primarily using GCP and partially AWS
• Provision cloud resources for all new migrations/deployments, including ecosystem provisioning such as Jenkins, Vault, Git, Artifactory, birth-righted AppGate entitlements, and projects/accounts in GCP, AWS clouds
• Review incoming requests comprehensively, resolve details, update build spreadsheet, request subsequent level approvals, track progress, and approve standard requests at the first level
• Assist with cutover/migration activities, respond to application migration cutover on-call support requests, participate in cutover bridge, resolve connections/permissions issues, and implement solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in DevOps or a related field
• Mastery in CI/CD, Google Cloud Platform, and Terraform
• Robust experience in provisioning, configuring, and managing GCP and AWS services
• Prior experience with multi-cloud architectures and cloud workload migrations
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues in a multi-cloud environment
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency

Nice to have

• Strong familiarity with Amazon Web Services, Ansible, and Jenkins
• Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker
