We are seeking a Java / WorkFusion Lead Developer to join our team. You'll be instrumental in utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Machine Learning (ML) functionalities of the WorkFusion platform to automate intricate manual processes across various industries like Finance, Insurance, and Health Care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take challenges such as scaling solutions, hybrid ML and rule-based models, and end-to-end project delivery.

It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

As a Java WorkFusion Lead Developer, you'll collaborate closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions, streamline operations, and enhance job satisfaction. You'll take ownership of projects, mentor teammates, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automation.

What You’ll Do

Solve complex real-world problems using the WorkFusion platform
Communicate closely with customers and partners throughout project delivery
Act as a stakeholder for the product team, providing valuable insights and feedback
Take ownership of larger projects, demonstrating leadership and initiative
Work autonomously with minimal oversight from Lead Engineers
Mentor and train teammates to foster growth and development
Occasionally participate in short-term business trips to the US/EU/Asia

What You Have

4+ years of experience in Java, full stack development, and WorkFusion
Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
Proficiency in distributed systems and application integration (REST, etc.)
Basic administration knowledge of Unix/Linux and MS Windows
Critical thinking skills to translate high-level requirements into technical solutions
Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering value in development projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing roles
English proficiency at least B2+

Nice to have

Certification in WorkFusion
Prototyping skills
