Embark on a thrilling journey with our remote team as a Lead Go Developer.

The role involves working in concert with a group of developers and engineers to innovate new features, and integrations, and enhance existing ones.

As the guide of the development team, you will be tasked with ensuring the quality of code and providing technical mentorship to fellow developers. We're on the hunt for a candidate with an in-depth understanding of Go Language and proficiency in cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development team while ensuring code quality and offering technical mentorship to other developers
• Designing and developing new features and 3rd party service integrations using Go Language and cloud technologies
• Collaborating with functions such as DevOps, QA, and Product Management to deliver superior solutions
• Participating in code reviews to confirm adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Creating CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes to guarantee high-quality code delivery
• Contributing towards the continuous refinement of development processes and methodologies
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and trends in software development

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Go Language
• A proven track record of at least one year in leading and mentoring a team of engineers
• Proficiency in cloud technologies like Docker, AWS Lambda, AWS Simple Queue Service, and AWS Simple Storage Service
• Comprehensive experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, and SQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• A robust understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies and design patterns
• The capacity to lead and mentor a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure code quality
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English, at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, for clear communication

• Experience with Elasticsearch, HashiCorp Vault, Kubernetes, and Redis
