What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a team of top-tier engineers, architects, and product managers to craft a scalable and high-performance platform
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies from our tech stack, mirroring those of leading tech companies
• Inspire and guide the design and architectural direction for your team's project outcomes
• Immerse yourself in a development-focused environment where innovation thrives

What You Have

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience developing and integrating software across the full system implementation life cycle
• Mastery of C++ with over 5 years of proven expertise
• Extensive proficiency in Unreal Engine, spanning over 5 years
• Leadership experience, with at least 1 year of successfully leading a team
• Proven track record of direct client communication, including performance reporting and workload planning
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, empowering you to dissect and tackle challenges independently
• Strong self-management and prioritization abilities
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), git, Rapid and Protocol Buffers is advantegous
