We are on the lookout for a seasoned Java Developer with a strong background in AWS to join our remote team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, devising unique and creative solutions to address challenges. You will actively seek opportunities to enhance the design, interface, and architecture of our client's cloud-based products. Your expertise in building application-layer services, including backend development, monitoring, scaling, and optimization, will streamline product administration at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to implement new features and functionalities
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Maintain and improve the existing codebase
• Architect and implement a scalable microservice infrastructure
• Ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Create and manage APIs and integrations with other services
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and define project requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Deep knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, Clean Code, and System Design
• Knowledge of Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language
• Expertise in AWS, including Amazon EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL tools
• Expertise in APIs and Integration
• Proficiency with Microservices and Spring
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks
• B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
