Responsibilities

Serve as a functional expert in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), collaborating with various stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
Manage the Salesforce system strategically, including system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
Lead major platform-wide projects focused on CPQ and Billing systems, providing mentorship and management to a team of professionals

Requirements

Experience: At least 5-8 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
Hands-on design, architecture, and configuration skills within Salesforce environments
Familiarity with tools like DocuSign and an understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce
Proficiency in automated deployment tools
