As a Lead UiPath Developer, you will collaborate closely with business representatives to understand requirements, design solutions, and support users in adopting new automations. What You’ll Do

Embrace a DevOps model within the team, where responsibilities include building, owning, and supporting automation solutions
Design, develop, test, and maintain RPA automations using UiPath, ensuring smooth production support
Collaborate with business representatives to collect, refine, and analyze automation requirements
Prepare technical documentation and user manuals to facilitate seamless adoption of automation solutions
Provide UAT support to business stakeholders to ensure the functionality meets their needs
Conduct end-user training sessions to enable users to effectively utilize implemented automations

What You Have

Proficiency in UiPath, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions
Strong knowledge of .NET to enhance out-of-the-box functionality for UiPath
Experience with other Intelligent Automation tools is advantageous
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex automation challenges
Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals
Fluency in English at B2 level or higher
Required certifications:
- UiPath RPA Developer or UiPath Infrastructure Training
- Additional UiPath-related certifications are a plus
