Join our team as a Senior Data DevOps Engineer and become a crucial part of our client's analytics platform team. As its key member, you'll be primarily focused on administering and managing the AWS stack components that power our analytics infrastructure. Collaborating closely with our dynamic team, you'll ensure smooth operations and deliver feature releases aligned with our analytics platform roadmap. The project is with our client in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, specifically focusing on drug discovery, preclinical research, and early-stage drug development.

This fully remote position offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland, whether it's from the comfort of your home or from one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the administration of the platform, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance
• Oversee the management of AWS stack components
• Collaborate closely with the team to understand requirements and effectively implement solutions
• Drive the delivery of feature releases according to the analytics platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

What You Have

• Knowledge of R Language at least on a novice level
• Strong Linux hands on experience
• Experience with either EasyBuild or Spack
• Ability to add patches
• Knowledge of R package ecosystem and package management
• Hands on in Python
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins)
• Terraform experience
• Design end-to-end process to keep application stack stable, under control and manageable (e.g. using CI/CD technologies)
