Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end needs assessment and learning strategy and solution design, development, delivery, and measurement process on client projects
Manage learning projects, including client relationships, project team members, resource plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets
Actively communicate with and effectively influence all levels of the client organization
Lead, model, and support the continued evolution of differentiated learning, knowledge transfer, and human performance support methods, approaches, and tools
Lead workshops with stakeholders, senior-level executives, and large groups

Requirements

More than fifteen years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment, preferably focused in the Tech Industry
More than five years of experience managing teams of Instructional Designers, Content Developers, and Workforce Experience Vendors
Native-level English Language writing and speaking ability
Knowledge of Agile and Human-centered Design methodologies
Working knowledge of industry-leading Learning development tools and software (Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Skillsoft, Intellum, Litmos, Docebo, etc.)
