We are seeking a skilled Middle Java Developer to join our remote team for an exciting project focused on developing and maintaining a cloud-based platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and services, ensuring high performance and reliability of the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services using Java and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs
• Implement and maintain automated testing and deployment processes to ensure high performance and reliability of the platform
• Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals
• Identify and address technical issues and bugs in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and cloud-based architectures

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in software development using Java
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-based architectures
• Experience with Angular, NoSQL databases, and SQL
• Strong familiarity with REST, Web Services, and Microservice Architecture Pattern
• Proficiency in Terraform and Kubernetes for infrastructure management and deployment
• Experience with Spring Framework for building enterprise-level applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Ansible
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
