We are looking for a remote Senior JavaScript Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development, coupled with HTML5/CSS3 proficiency, to join our team.

Our client is a global frontrunner in delivering trusted insights and analytics designed to accelerate innovation. The project's primary focus is data analysis from various sources, including databases and flat files. It also involves constructing an enterprise-grade web application using a microservice architecture and ETL Development.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the technical design and development of an enterprise-grade web application from a Front-end perspective
• Timely delivery of required development tasks while simultaneously assisting and guiding other team members
• Collaboration with other sectors of the technology team, such as product management, QA, marketing, to ensure a robust product
• Participation in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, contributing to development project estimates, scheduling, test plans, and code reviews
• Proactive identification and resolution of potential problems/issues, including the creation of technical specifications
• Review and recommendation of Unit test cases and the testing approach adopted by the team
• Assurance of quality standards in all tasks undertaken, including delivery on time, within budget, and according to specification

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of software development experience
• Deep understanding of JavaScript
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3
• Expertise in Angular 8
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as SASS, LESS
• Proficiency in XML, JSON & CSV processing
• Unit Testing experience
• Familiarity with Git, Bower, Grunt, and Yeoman
• Skills in performance tuning and optimization
• Proficient English (written and spoken) at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with developing web services using Spring Boot would be advantageous
