As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework. You will be part of an agile team responsible for products used by the Financial Industry and MAS officers for Financial Supervision function.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand‐ups
Act as the point of contact for external communications (e.g. vendors or stakeholders)
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Provide guidance to team members in Agile frameworks

What You Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field
8+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master, certification would be an added advantage
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) as well as other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Self‐driven, creative and team‐oriented person with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proven record in managing external contractors and monitoring and reporting progress
Strong organizational and leadership skills and ability to influence to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required
