Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketo integration
  • Create and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of marketing automation with other applications
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Adobe Marketo, including building journeys, creating personalized emails, and managing automation flows
  • Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud tools and features to optimize marketing strategies
  • Experience with data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflows
  • Understanding of CRM and Marketing principles, with a focus on customer segmentation and targeting

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications related to Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud
  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
