We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Health Cloud Engineer to join our team and support our project focused on developing a unified platform.

In this role, you will use your extensive experience and knowledge of Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design and implement custom solutions for our clients, ensuring the highest quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of custom solutions for healthcare providers using Salesforce Health Cloud and other Salesforce Primary Clouds
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and development
• Design and implement custom sharing and sharing calculations for large volumes of data
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and data mappings
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations in all solutions developed

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare industry standards and regulations
• Strong understanding of asynchronous apex and integrations with external systems
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy app exchange packages for Salesforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce communities and portals
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Developer, Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Architect
