We are in search of a Revenue Analyst to become a part of our remote team.
Being a part of EPAM's Global Finance department, you will operate within the Business Partnering Services (BPS) team. The principal focus of your role will be to manage administrative and financial functions, thereby bolstering robust relations between EPAM's leadership and our respected clients. The position calls for superior corporate finance and financial management competencies, meticulousness, and a fervor for delivering exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Accuracy in revenue calculation based on timesheets, contracts, and internal policies
- Preparation of accounts for monthly/annual closure procedures and undertaking detailed revenue analysis to pinpoint periods and causes of volatility
- Provision of short-term and long-term revenue forecasts in line with company regulations
- Assistance in reviewing and analyzing financial elements in contracts and budgets
- Usage of internal systems to input and validate data for accuracy and completeness
- Generation of reports to meet internal and customer demands
- Execution of financial health checks on individual accounts
- Facilitation of efficient processes for revenue recognition, invoicing, and time reporting, and offering consultation services to project teams
- Collaboration with the auditing team to ensure timely audit completion
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in finance, economics, banking, accounting, or audit
- Possession of a higher education degree in economics or a related field, indicative of a robust grounding in financial principles
- Mastery of advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, charts, and various mathematical and logical formulas
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- B2+ level of English proficiency, in both verbal and written forms

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, business representatives, and clients
