We are on the lookout for a Senior Revenue Analyst to become an integral part of our remote team.
You will be positioned within EPAM's Global Finance department, specifically in the Business Partnering Services (BPS) team. Here, you will work alongside over 300+ experts, contributing to business expansion and financial growth. Your responsibilities will include precise revenue calculation, account preparation for monthly/annual closure procedures, and performing in-depth revenue analysis to pinpoint periods and causes of volatility. You will also lend your expertise in drafting and budgeting, as well as reviewing and analyzing financial aspects within the realm of contracts.
Responsibilities
- Accurate revenue calculation based on timesheets, contracts, and internal policies
- Account preparation for monthly/annual closure procedures and in-depth revenue analysis to pinpoint periods and causes of volatility
- Short-term and long-term revenue forecast provision in compliance with company rules
- Review and analysis of financial aspects in contracts, and assistance in drafting and budgeting
- Data entry and validation in internal systems for correctness and completeness
- Report generation for internal and customer requirements
- Individual account financial health checks
- Process development for efficient revenue recognition, invoicing, and time reporting, and offering consulting services to project teams
- Collaboration with the audit team to ensure timely audit completion
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in finance, economics, banking, accounting, or audit
- A higher education degree in economics or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles
- Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and a proficiency in various mathematical and logical formulas
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
- B2+ English proficiency, both verbal and written

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teammates, business representatives, and clients
- Strong self-management skills for effective prioritization and management of responsibilities
